Patient guidance, at the student’s pace

We explain mistakes calmly and work through how to improve. As skills develop, lessons introduce more demanding situations while reinforcing observation and safe decisions.

Your instructor is also an owner

Darren and Lynne Bateson run the school and teach the lessons. Each brings more than 20 years of commercial and non-commercial driving experience. You can discuss confidence, progress and concerns directly with the people teaching you.

What is included?

Your first two-hour lesson is $150 as a new student; regular lessons are $199. Each includes instruction, discussion and a written assessment. Parents receive a copy with strengths and areas for further practice. Lessons take place in dual-control 2027 Kia Seltos vehicles.

Arranging a Windermere pickup

Tell us your pickup location so we can confirm what is possible within the schedule. Home, school or another agreed location may be available. Any extra travel cost outside the usual catchment is agreed in advance.

We build on what you already know and help identify skills that need attention. The number of lessons depends on your individual ability, experience and confidence.
